Icecrown Citadel dungeons and raids are now open! Now it’s up to us to take on the Lich King himself! We’ll be posting Icecrown Citadel raids soon, so check out the calendar often.

Stormwardens has turned five years old today and it’s still going strong. I’ve been with the guild for nearly five years now. While none of the original members still remain in the guild, a few of us have been around since the first few months, and many more have been with us for many years. I’m supremely proud to be apart of this wonderful group of people for so long. Thank you each and every one for all the fun times.

Regardless of whether you’ve been a part of it since the very beginning or if you joined yesterday, I’m sure everyone has enjoyed the guild that still tries to make this game fun. What are you favorite memories of the guild? Tell us in this forum post!

Yeah, we might be a bit late to the party, but there’s still not a lot of groups who can successfully take down Sartharion with all three drakes still alive! After a successful night killing Onyxia (and getting She Deep Breaths More), and doing some Trial of the Crusader, our raid had enough time to try our hands at Sarth 3D. We’ve never been able to do 2D, but with the raid DPS, excellent Tanks and Healers we had along last night, we were able to do a raid that few groups have been able to do, even now. Congratulations to everyone who took part in the raid last night, and a special congratulations to Nutters for winning the drake!

Well, not exactly, but with ten level 80s, it’s close enough, right? Yes, I finally did it. I maxed out my character screen with level 80s. No multi-boxing, recruit-a-friend, pre-60 experience increase, but a couple heirloom items (after the first 5 hit 80), and still spending time with family.

I just want to thank all the people that helped me reach this goal, whether you knew it or not.

Hmm… Now what do I do?

With Anub’arak down, that marks this instance cleared. As it was a short instance, it didn’t take nearly as long to clear as Ulduar is taking. At some point we’ll also head back into Ulduar and kick Yoggy’s butt to finish it off as well.
